The Brown Suga Shop was initially founded to create books for little black and brown children to see images of themselves when reading. Unfortunately, we encountered a few obstacles with illustrating. Rather than sulk we decided to postpone our books and focus on  skin care products.   

          When Jaxson, our youngest son was born, he had a slight touch of eczema. I would frequent a local store and purchase soap and body butter for him. Once Jazmin-Rose, our middle child tried on the body butter she no longer wanted to use store brought lotions. She loved it so much until she asked to make it. Then she asked if  we could sell the body butter. With her entrepreneur mindset the Brown Suga Shop skin care line was created.

 

We offer skin care products.

 

Our skin care products are made with natural, some organic ingredients and extra love and care. We hand make natural soaps, body butters, lip glosses and more to come.
