What Happened if
my body butter melts?
There is a risk of the body butters melting during the warm months.
We use raw butters, oils and other natural ingredients in our body butters. For this reason our butters may have the tendency to melt. We ship our products by priority mail to be delivered within 2-3 days.
In the event that your butters have melted in transit place them in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow them to harden. Be careful when opening the butters on a warm day, as it may spill out. If melting does occur, the volume of the product will decrease. The quality of our products are not affected by melting.
Melted butters may not be returned.
While our body butters do not have an expiration date, we recommend using them within 12-24 months for optimum quality.

Returns
& Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and processing time there will be no refunds, exchanges or cancelations. Unfortunately, once you place your order you cannot cancel it. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you made multiple orders, we will not combine orders for the lesser shipping price. No shipping adjustments for multiple orders. Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to be processed. With an additional 1-4 business days for items to be shipped. Keep in mind that during Holidays and other events the processing time is subjected to change.
